Primary Curriculum
( 3 years - 6 years )
DEVELOPMENTAL CHARACTERISTICS
The Primary community serves children in the first plane of development, when the conscious absorbent mind is at work. In these years, children move from unconscious absorption to purposeful learning. They are eager to refine independence, explore with their senses, and construct knowledge through hands-on experiences.
The environment is carefully prepared to allow freedom within limits, offering activities that support concentration, self-discipline, and joyful discovery. Children are given the tools to explore language, mathematics, culture, and the sciences through concrete experiences that lay the foundation for abstract thought.
